Let's learn how to use the products

All Natural Lip Balm
Using your finger or the double sided brush, rub the surface of the balm and apply to lips. Rub your lips together and blow a kiss!

All Natural Shimmer Balm
Using your finger or double sided brush, rub the surface of the balm and apply to cheeks or face for a glittery effect.

To apply tattoo's
First, cut around the faces/pictures you want to apply. Peel off the clear coating from the front of the picture/face. Dampen the patch of skin you want to apply the tattoo to, we suggest using a damp face towel. Press down firmly and apply the damp towel to the back of the tattoo pressing down onto the skin. The back of the tattoo has to be soaked through for the tattoo to apply correctly. Once this has been soaked through, peel off the paper layer and voila!, the tattoo is ready for showing off!

To remove No Nasties Makeup
Simply use warm water and a soft cloth or face towel. Black and blue face paint can sometimes leave slight colouring on the skin (nothing like that of other non natural face paints), in this instance, a little coconut or olive oil usually removes this like a dream!

To remove No Nasties Tattoo's
No Nasties tattoo's will wash off on their own in time, however, if you would like to remove them cleanly, apply a little tea tree oil to a tissue or slightly damp towel and massage lightly. Don't forget to rinse the area off afterwards.

INTERNATIONAL NOTES

Please note that standard post does not include tracking. Once dispatched you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. little whimsy cannot provide refunds if your items are lost in transit when shipped via standard post.


Please be aware purchaser is liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. Please note shipments can often be held by customs for long periods of time, unfortunately this is beyond our control. Please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It MUST also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exempt from returns: SALE section items, dummies/pacifiers, art prints and posters, gift cards. Shipping costs are NOT refunded unless the item is defective.

To initiate a return or exchange you MUST email us at hello@littlewhimsy.co.nz within 14 days of order receipt with your order number and reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We only replace items and cover the extra shipping fees if the item is defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order then drops below a free shipping threshold you will be refunded the item value less a shipping charge that would have then applied to your order.

EXCHANGES:

If you need to exchange an item send us an email at hello@littlewhimsy.co.nz and we will organise your return and exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We only replace items and cover the extra shipping fees if the item is defective or damaged.

If you are exchanging an item due to a change of mind there will be an additional shipping charge for your replacement item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Your replacement item WILL NOT BE SENT until we have received and checked your return.
