Materials/Ingredients

High quality Bamboo with recyclable silicone lid, sleeve and straw

We decided to use bamboo because its a sustainable crop that grows very fast without any pesticides and insecticides which means its better for the environment. Bamboo can be harvested over and over again because when the stem is cut, the plant will grow new stems to replace it which means it doesn't need to be replanted.

Fluffy To Go bamboo reusable cups will take approximately one year to break down in soil (a maximum of two years) whereas disposable coffee cups can take more than 50 years to break down.

Bamboo fluffy cups are eco friendly, durable, lightweight and non toxic. They will last the longest when washed correctly and they are not used in the microwave.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please use the tracking email to follow your delivery. Rural allow another few days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.
